Gather

Sale price$32.00

Gather brews tart from hibiscus and camu camu, a little sweet behind it, and pours guinda, a dark-cherry red. It is caffeine-free and at its best cold-brewed by the pitcher when company is coming.

The blend

Camu camu, hibiscus, cranberry, blueberry, Amazonian vanilla, strawberry, Butterfly Pea Flower. Seven plants, fruit and flower.

How to brew

8g per mug (about 300ml) · 8–10 minutes · Hot or iced

Steep 8–10 minutes. Strain into a clear glass. Best cold-brewed and served over ice.

For a pitcher: 50g in about 6 cups of cold water, overnight in the fridge, and up to 24 hours is fine.

Iced: brew double-strength (16g in 240ml), steep 10 minutes, pour over ice.

When to drink it

Gather is built for a pitcher. Hibiscus and camu camu make it tart; cranberry, blueberry, and strawberry bring the fruit; Amazonian vanilla softens the finish. Cold-brew it overnight and pour it over ice when people come over.

The tradition

Hibiscus is the agua de jamaica of Mexico and the Caribbean, served chilled. Camu camu and Amazonian vanilla come from the Amazon.

Gather is straight juice, holy cow it is easily the best tasting, most exciting tea I have had in my life. Every guest I serve it to is in shock by how flavorful it is. Iced, hot, both are fabulous. It’s insanely delicious.

Good body, tangy in a nice way. Can let it steer for a long time without it being bitter.

Has a nice note of warmth to it that offsets the fruit. Super pretty color! And the tea leaves and fruits themselves look delightful, makes me want to buy a glass teapot.

Loved all the flavors but my favorite is Gather.

Hands down my favorite flavor of the selections. The floral notes of the hibiscus blend beautifully with the Amazonian vanilla. This tea is delicious hot or cold. It is also naturally sweet, so I didn't need to add any to enjoy it. (This tea was given to me as a gift.)

Less a "tea," and more of a beverage infusion, Gather is is a lovely blend of fruits and herbs, which creates an extremely light and refreshing summer beverage when cold-brewed overnight. Following the prescribed instructions, I steeped a large pitcher of Gather overnight to share with friends at a movie night the next day. The resulting drink was a lovely deep-red color that was fruity, floral, delicious, and received several compliments from my friends, even those who traditionally steer away from hibiscus tea. I look forward to making many more batches in the future!

Love gather. It’s great as both hot and iced tea. The vanilla really comes through.

Me encanto Gather por que tiene el sabor de fruta pero tiene su lado dulce por la vainilla.
