Shipping Policy

Every Menjunjes order is packed and shipped from Florida.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get an order confirmation at checkout, and a shipping notification with tracking once it's on its way.

Rates & delivery

• Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
• Under $45, standard shipping is calculated at checkout from live USPS rates — you pay the actual postage, with no padded handling fee on top.
• Need it sooner? USPS Priority (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. after processing.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships; please allow 24–48 hours for it to update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try to help.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost, badly delayed, or arrives damaged, email hello@menjunjes.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
