Shipping Policy

Every Menjunjes order is packed and shipped from Florida.

Rates

Orders of $45 or more ship free. Under $45, shipping is calculated at checkout from live USPS rates, so you pay the actual postage with nothing added on top. Your first order ships free with the welcome code from our signup form. Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will get an order confirmation at checkout and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States after processing. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for it to update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always try to help.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost, badly delayed, or arrives damaged, email hello@menjunjes.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
