Refund Policy

Don't love it? We'll make it right, and you keep the tea.

If a blend isn't for you, email hello@menjunjes.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out: a refund or a blend you'll like better. There's never anything to send back: the tea is yours to keep, pass along, or finish.

Still hunting for your cup? Tell us what didn't land and we'll help you find it, with credit toward the next blend.

If your order arrives damaged or it's the wrong blend, send a photo and your order number within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you right away, with nothing to return. If tracking shows it never arrived, tell us within 30 days of its expected date and we'll do the same.

Have a larger or wholesale order? Email us and we'll work it out together.

Approved refunds return to your original payment within 5–10 business days of approval.
