Refund policy
Love it or we’ll make it right. You keep the tea.
Every order on menjunjes.com is covered by the same promise: if a blend is not for you, we make it right within 30 days of delivery, and nothing gets shipped back. These are the terms.
If a blend is not for you
Email hello@menjunjes.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a line about what did not land for you. We will make it right with one of three things, your choice: a replacement blend, store credit, or a refund. Tell us what you tasted and we will point you to the blend more likely to suit you.
Keep the tea. There is nothing to send back, no label to print and no return shipping. Finish it, share it or pass it along.
How often you can use it
A refund to your original payment method is available once per customer under this guarantee. If a later blend is also not for you, we make it right with store credit toward any blend on the site. Store credit is sent by email and applies at checkout.
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, a pouch is defective, or you received the wrong item, email a photo and your order number to hello@menjunjes.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. If tracking shows the order never arrived, tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will do the same. These are our mistakes to fix, so they do not count toward the once-per-customer refund above.
Refunds and replacements
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. Replacement blends ship within 1 to 2 business days, and we cover the shipping on replacements.
Gifts
If the order was a gift, the recipient can write to us with the order number. A replacement blend or store credit can go to the recipient; a refund always returns to the original payment method.
Larger and wholesale orders
Wholesale and larger orders are handled case by case. Email hello@menjunjes.com and we will sort it out with you.
Fair use
This guarantee exists so that trying a blend you have never tasted carries no risk. We may limit or decline it where it is being used for something other than that. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Effective September 3, 2026. It applies to every order delivered from that date, and to any earlier order still within 30 days of delivery.
